The JKHMT Programme is for those who take initiative and have the drive and motivation to take on any challenge, are adaptable and innovative to take our Group into the future with an attitude that says ‘nothing is impossible’ and the integrity to do the right thing, always! This 15-month programme is a comprehensive and rigorous Deep End experience, aimed at developing extraordinary young persons, into the future leaders of our Group.
